TPT Plain Trolley
Hand push trolleys TPT model are made with high quality steel, the tensile strength of TPT is much higher than other products available in market. Hand push trolleys are cost effective alternative when used for low capacity applications. High strength steel body and gear case are built to be durable for rugged needs of construction, mechanical and maintenance rigging. Push Trolleys require manual handling to direct movement in a transverse direction. Hand-Pushed trolleys support a hoist with top hook or lug mounted suspensions and operate on a flat or tapered beam. They operate by manual handling and move horizontally on a beam. The products are proof load tested and supplied with a test certificate and user manual. These units meet and exceed all the requirements within BS EN 13157: 2004+A1:2009
Product Features
The hand geared and manual push trolleys have a range of 0.5T to 5T capacities. These push trolleys can be easily adjusted at different beam widths. They are maintenance free and are according to the EC Council Directive standards.
Key Information
Each unit comes fully certified with a test certificate or an EC Declaration of Conformity stating compliance with the essential health and safety requirements of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. This document clearly states the proof test at 1.5 times the rated capacity and the light load test of 2% of the rated capacity, which exceeds the requirements of the current applicable standard.
